Job Summary

Capacity building for IT training on MCITP, Enterprise Administrator Training and Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 for the IT staff in Kabul, Afghanistan. The trainings must include providing participants tools to: gain the skills needed to simplify administration, protect communication, and meet user demand for greater business mobility. The training will be given to approximately 15 CITS staff members.

Duties & Responsibilities

* Provide capacity building for the UNAMA CITs staff members in MCITP, Enterprise administrator training and Microsoft Exchange Server 2010. The trainings will include 168 hrs. of training for the MCITP training and 50 hours for the Microsoft Exchange section.

* The MCITP training outcomes are as follows: participants should have adequate knowledge on how to install and configure Windows Server 2008; maintain network infrastructure; manage security; configure and manage Active Directory Servicer; monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft server environment; optimize performance and implement high availability and security network environment.

* The Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 training outcomes are as follows: the participants will have the capabilities and knowledge to plan, deploy configure manage, secure, and support Microsoft Exchange Server 2010; be able to configure Exchange Server 2010; monitor, maintain and troubleshoot Exchange Server 2010; provide guidelines, best practice, and considerations that will help optimize performance and minimize errors and security threats in Exchange Server 2010.

Job Requirements

University Degree in related field and a certification in MCITP
