Primary Role:
• Champion the management development programme especially at top management level.
• Assist in developing and supervising the implementation of the Training and development plan of the company.
• Supervise all related issues and ensure that the training materials are supplied and are according to standards and requirement of the company.
• Update and supervise the employees training records.
• Conduct and/or assist in new hire orientation.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
• Develop, evaluate and controls the quality of the training program in order to meet the company needs, further develops educational program for all employees from the company related aspects or on a basis of general information or instruction.
• Conducts orientation classes for all staff.
• Assists the training coordinator with the Quality Assurance program.
• Supervise and assist educational training staff in planning and developing all educational programs.
• May assist in the interviewing and selection of prospective employees.
• Coordinates and communicates frequently with the staff.
• Participates in the development, revision, and implementation of all related policies and procedure.
• Helps to promote a fair and ethical work environment.
• Develops, maintains and utilize records and reports on all in – service program and employee education.
• Develops implements and assists in the enforcement of an effective Training Program.
• Overall responsibility for organizing and planning roll out of training interventions within the company.
• Liaise with design team to ensure training materials are tailored to meet specific needs identified.
• Supervise that delivery is in accordance with timeline set and agreed with the line.
• Ensure quality and standard of training events.
• Performs Ad-Hoc duties as assigned by senior management of the company.
Knowledge and skills:
• To have Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or Social Studies and MBA is desirable.
• 3 years relevant experience in training.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Should be fluent in English and local languages Pashto and Dari.
