Job Summary

Wakhan Trails Tourist & Travel Agency is seeking an experienced Travel Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a travel agency, with expertise in flight reservations, ticketing, and tour operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle flight reservations, ticketing, and reissues via GDS and airline portals.
• Manage hotel bookings, tour packages, and online visa applications.
• Prepare daily/monthly sales reports for management review.
• Assist customers with travel inquiries, bookings, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with IATA standards and airline policies.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Tourism/Travel Management or related field.
• GDS (Galileo/Sabre/Amadeus) certification preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in flight reservations, ticketing, and hotel bookings.
• Familiarity with Flydubai, Kam Air, Ariana, and online visa processing.
• Strong English & local language skills (Dari/Pashto a plus).
