Job Summary

Objective
Foreign Language Institute (FLI) requires the services of a high caliber Turkish Instructor to provide customized Turkish language training to FLI clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

Scope of Work
The duties and responsibilities of the Turkis Instructor are as follows but not limited to:
 Develop customized curriculum in support of the learning requirements of our clients;
 Provide one-on-one or group instruction;
 Report to duty promptly during assigned hours;
 In consultation with the Education Specialist design lesson plans for the assigned course(s);
 Ensure all instructional media is prepared and posted prior to trainee arrival;
 Post and verbalize classroom rules to enforce understanding and rules as stipulated in Quality Control Plan (QCP) in order to maintain good order and discipline in the classroom;
 Perform all administration tasks associated with the assignment as well as other associated tasks as requested by the line supervisor.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
 At least BA degree in Turkish Language Literatures;
 At least 2 years experience in performing similar tasks and responsibilities;
 Dynamic and able to operate under limited supervision;
 Strong communication skills;
 Fluent in Dari, Pashto and English;
