Job Summary

The Vaccinator will provide immunization services and participate in NID compaigns and required to perform duties in Tiber CHC, Dahmarda BHC, Ganda BHC, Qalai shar BHC

Duties & Responsibilities

1. To provide immunization services for the women and children in health facility and outreach area
2. To provide awareness to population about benefits vaccination
3. To neatly and proper filling out of EPI cards, register book and HMIS tools
4. To daily check the maintenance of the cold chain
5. To participate in NID campaigns
6. To prepare micro-plan
7. To stock sufficient vaccines in clinic and report any shortage or expired vaccines immediately in written to clinic In-Charge
8. To prepare monthly immunization report
9. To provide health education sessions to target population

Job Requirements

1. At least 12 grade graduated
2. 2 years experience as a vaccinator
3. Fluency in local languages
4. Able to work in field
5. Self-motivated
6. Good team work spirit
