The main responsibility is to verify that dispatched quantities are matching with the cession and pallet manifest. That the products are loaded correctly and safely on to the truck.
- The Goods Out Inspector has to verify any pallets before it gest loaded on to an truck that the quantities are matching with the System Cession Out and the PALLET MANIFEST OUTBOUND (form: NO. SI-00.42F).
- He has to control that all pallets to be loaded are safely wrapped and that all labels are attached according to the Standing Instructions. (forms: NO. SI-100.42F and SI-100.44F).
- He has to ensure that pallets are safely loaded and will use the help of extra pallets and or supporters when needed to ensure goods arrives safe to customer. He has to advice any item used to the Logistic Department so there can include the same on the Truck Manifest (form: SI-100.48F).
- The Goods Out Inspector has to fill for each truck loaded the OUTBOUND SHIPMENT DETAILS (form: SI-100.47F).
- The Goods Out Inspector has to liaise with the Team Leader or Warehouse Supervisor to ensure that all pallets have been loaded an make sure that no pallet gets left behind.
- Ensure all records, electronic and paper are being maintained and recorded correctly.
- He should show team spirit and work in cooperation with his co-workers.
- Perform any other duties out of the normal routine but within the scope of the position.
To be able to commence ASAP
He should be dedicated to do his job
Should be Flexible, adaptable – he should be able to understand a supervisor or managers request.
Strong English communication skills in reading and writing
Should have admin skills- computer skills not desirable if so will be an advantage
should held a relatively responsible job for at least a year
Mathematical skills are must and knowledge of food items is highly desirable
Is willing to fund the costs of becoming medically compliant. (Some staff need to take medication in order to kill bugs that are found during the recruitment medical.)
Is available to work overtime as required (not good to employ someone who is studying after hours)
The Person that’s not related to the clan currently at the WHS
The Person that’s not related to the Laundry clan
The person that can prove that they’re responsible – by providing examples
Warehousing, Computer skill, Communication Skill, Mathematic Skill
