Job Summary

The ASDP project is looking for hiring of watch keeper to deputy minister officer on competitive basis in order to continue his/her service as stated in below duties and responsibilities and support the project skills team related activities.


The Watch will be responsible for office maintenance and had close observation on security arrangement of the Deputy Minister office. He/she will report to the chief of staff.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Ensure of office security and cleanness;
2. Liaise with other security dept inside and outside the dept/aided institution;
3. Collect relevant data for respective dept;
4. Coordinate with ASDPII for general administrative support (e.g. process requires and inquires for general services);
5. Meet visitor and preparing appropriate logistic and visitor’s plan;
6. Fix an appointment with people and relevant dept;
7. Maintain office equipment;
8. Other related duties as necessary and/or directed by the top management;

Job Requirements

1. At least 12 School Certificate;
2. At least 3 years of relevant working experience;
3. Experience with Int’l organization is highly preferred;
4. Fair knowledge of written and oral English language;
5. Having knowledge of computer MS. Word and Excel;

1. Teamwork: Proven leading and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic and multi-agency environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity.
2. Ability to handle effectively multiple tasks without compromising the quality, team spirit and constructive working relationships with all colleagues.
3. Time flexibility, the Warden may required to work overtime or weekends due to needs of the institute and instruction from high authority;
4. Will be able to work independently at critical time.
