Job Summary

Webmaster shall be responsible for assisting activities of GSM/AFTEL.

Duties & Responsibilities

Defines Aftel WEB policy according to company objectives & Afghan Market

Creates and defines Aftel WEB issues including the official web site

Organise web-advertising campaigns

Processes the feedback gained via the official web site

Consult, propose and manage ISP’s (Internet Service Providers)

Strictly follows Aftel\'s branding and advertising policy/rules

Provide DTP support to the Marcomm team

Weekly reports to Branding & Advertising Coordinator
1. Requested Skills

Advanced knowledge of Hyper Text Mark-up Language (html)

Advanced knowledge of modern up-to-date web technologies such as DHTML, XML, VRML, FLASH

Advanced knowledge of Afghan and international WEB environment

Good knowledge of DTP tools (Adobe Photoshop 9.0 or higher, Adobe Illustrator 9.0 or higher)

Good knowledge of local WEB market and Internet Service Providers

Knowledge of Mass Market and Business one

Microsoft tools

Pashto & Dari excellent, good English

Two years experience in WEB design/management in large company or as a consultant

Highly reliable

Analytical mind

Ability to meet tight deadlines

Ability to work on different subjects at the same time

Ability to learn about a lot of new different subjects

Ability to work in a team

Curious

Creative

Excellent computer skills – html programming, DTP programming

Job Requirements

Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology
