The main objective for the Website and Graphic designer is to lead ABA website promotional and graphic design activities in Kabul within the requirements of ABA leadership. The Website and Graphic designer is the overall responsible for ABA web development and graphic design activities on which he/she will report the Chief Executive Manager.
Work Closely with Chief Executive Manager and other staff on the development of ABA website to update the specific News, Events and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Attend member meetings regarding the services criteria provided by ABA through website and introduce completely the terms and condition of the ABA web services.
Work Closely with members to build an effective communication to promote ABA web services and coordinate material and documents essentiality with clients.
Keep generating ideas that can help promote ABA web services.
Update website upon necessities and develop text that are required to update website, and before placing any text in the website the CEM approval is must.
Be actively involved in creating new business development and services to ABA members which is the requirements of your job description.
Design ABA Brochures, Flyers, Business Cards and Graphical activities that are timely required by ABA implementation procedures.
Organize meetings or presentations internally to present your development and creative ideas.
Be actively involved to update ABA website after any Conferences, Award Ceremony, Coordination Meetings, Safety trainings or any other events that are conducted by ABA. Collect the required report text that are considered essential to put in website.
Guide CEM or internal staff to coordinate based on any web development services, activities on which the staff can assist you implementing more efficiently.
Be able to write reports in English and Dari in order process updating website.
Be able to demonstrate timely done activities and team work.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Executive Manager.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Web and Graphic Designing.
Demonstrated experience in reporting and communication.
Essential Skills:
Fluency in Dari and English languages both oral and written.
Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw and Illustrator.
Good knowledge of website development.
Be able to work in complex working situation or under pressure.
