INVITATION

Dear Sir,

We are happy to invite you to participate in Tender process of the Design and Build Contract for the “MSF Afghanistan - hybrid solar system in Kandahar project Afghanistan”. To be considered as eligible for the award of the contract, bidders must have completed at least 5 projects of comparable complexity in the last 5 years. ‘MSF' could request a visit and get in contact with the client.

MSF assesses all quotations received based on several objective criteria, including the proposed quotation price, estimated duration of the work, amount of experience, quality of previous work, professionalism, etc.

Our assessment process is transparent and neutral, ultimately endeavoring for a high-quality facility for the benefit of the community.

If you decide not to submit a Bid, we would be grateful if you could inform us in writing, stating the reasons for your decision.

SUBMISSION METHOD

The Bidder shall enclose the bid for each contract in a signed envelope, securely sealed. The envelopes shall be addressed to the Afghanistan Technical Unit Office, MSF Kabul, House#7, street #3, Qala-e-Fathullah or Kandahar office, PD#2, Infront of Spogmoi Saloon. Or electronically mail to:
