Seminar Series
Business Today’s Seminar Series is the channel through which Princeton students interact with business leaders, through our newly established BT Breakouts program where students participate in office visits, or through on-campus seminars.
Impact Challenge
We are continuing the annual Business Today Impact Challenge, a seed-funding competition for students interested in social entrepreneurship. The Challenge is open to social entrepreneurs all over the world, including those accepted to the Conference through our regular application. The five chosen teams will receive a month of mentorship from top business executives, as well as the chance to compete at the International Conference for $15,000 in seed funding.
The Writing Competition
This year, we will be hosting a writing competition as an alternate application to the conference. Students will simply submit an editorial based on the conference theme ("The New Era of Globalization"), and the grand prize winner will receive a spot at this year's International Conference. The top three editorials will be published in Business Today Magazine, which reaches over 200,000 students in North America.
Multiple entries are allowed, and students can apply using both the general application and writing competition, or either.
When is the application due?
We have three rounds of applications. The deadlines are below:
Will applying early affect my chances of admission to the conference?
All applicants to the International Conference 2019, whether they apply in the first round or the the last two, receive the same comprehensive, holistic review. Those who apply early gain no strategic advantage; the only advantage is one of convenience. If you know that the International Conference is the choice for you, then it may make sense for you to apply early.
